Replacement Documents Sent to Fire Victims in Bidara Cina

The East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency, distributed replacement documents to the fire victims at the Bidara Cina Elementary School 03's evacuation post, RW 02 Bidara Cina, Jatinegara, on Wednesday (10/23).

Those documents are birth certificates, child ID cards and family cards

East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency Head Sukma Wijaya said, from the fires in three RTs, 57 homes were burnt and affected 78 families or 270 people.

"Those documents are birth certificates, child ID cards and family cards. But we can't print the ID card, because of the limitations of blanks. But victims are supplied with suket (recommendation letters) from the urban village," he expressed.

The documents that have been printed and sent today are 54 family cards and the rest are in the process of printing. As for the 38 suket are still under process while waiting for ID card printing. While the child ID cards and birth certificates are still in data collection.

"For child ID card, family card and birth certificate, can be printed at the urban village population and civil registration executing unit office," he stated.
